Q. Can I have a product customized?

A. Within reason and as long as the mold has not yet been dystroyed. Some examples would be paint scheme, adding hair, foam filling, etc. All custom orders require an additional charge for increased labor and materials.

Q. What type of payments do you take?

A. We can accept credit cards through paypal, checks, and money orders. All checks require additional time to clear before product is shipped.

Q. How Do I order?

A. To place an order send a E-mail to IButterer@dermord.com with what item you want and any special instructions. Include your E-mail address used for Paypal and a bill will be send to you through Paypal.
